I'm a painter.

I have been painting since secondary school. It's a life I love.

Although I have been creating art for many years now, I have only recently began to sell my art for a living. Since joining forces with ArtSmart, I have started painting and working to promote my art full time.

I have three styles that define my work as a painter - all of which are derived in abstraction. My landscapes are often vast and vague. The second style represents symbols or subjects (such as music), and the third deals with shape and color interaction.

People sometimes ask how I begin my paintings. Often I find inspiration from unexpected sources-- a color combination in a photograph, shapes found in nature-- and I feel compelled to explore these suggestions more, and turn to the canvas. It's that simple.
